Program Overview

In our fully immersive, 6-month training, participants will break into the world of technology while gaining the professional skills needed to launch their career.

We offer a hand up to underserved young adults, paying a competitive wage and providing additional resources to ensure they have everything they need to be successful while in the program. During their 6-month training, participants will undergo 6 weeks of professional development and 18 weeks of hands-on technical training, all while getting paid!

Our commitment is to walk alongside our participants in their growth, development, career planning and job placement.

To be a participant in Road to Hire, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Between the ages of 18-25 years old

  • Have a High School degree or GED equivalent

  • Not have a Bachelor’s degree or higher


Cyber Security

If you want to help protect peoples’ livelihood and privacy, enjoy being on your toes and like keeping your mind engaged, the Cyber Security track is the track for you.

Our coursework includes:

  • Intro to Security and Privacy 101

  • Cloud Computing

  • Phishing, Risk, and Threat Intelligence

  • Operational Security



If you’re tech-savvy and have an interest in coding for a living, consider a career in software engineering by joining our Code Academy.

Our coursework includes:

  • Git and Github

  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • React, MySQL, Node.js, WebAPIs

  • Web Accessibility and Security


IT Desktop Support

If you love helping people solve problems and have a passion for fixing issues, check out the IT Desktop Support career track.

Our coursework includes:

  • Intro to IT Ops and Desktop Support

  • A+ Certification

  • Network + Certification

  • On-the-job training
