High School Instructor
The High School Facilitator at Road to Hire is vital in advancing our shared mission of breaking the cycles of intergenerational poverty by empowering young individuals with access to higher education, lucrative careers, and prosperous futures. Our programs are thoughtfully crafted to meet students at their current level and pave the way for impactful careers in STEM fields.
Technical Instructor
Road to Hire is looking to add a Technical Instructor who will lead and facilitate a curriculum designed to teach motivated young adults computer science and coding skills. The Technical Instructor will manage the classroom, coordinate the activities of several volunteers, grade, and assist in the day-to-day tasks of running the Apprenticeship program. Technical Instructors are critical in filling gaps and challenges identified by the Program Manager. This person will also be responsible for improving their technical and professional development skills through continued learning and technical coding projects.
