As a College Success Coach II, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students navigate their academic path and achieve their educational goals. You'll provide comprehensive student support centered on three key outcomes: college access, persistence, and completion.
Associate II, Workforce Pathways
This role is responsible for ensuring that Road to Hire college talent successfully transitions into high-wage careers through internships and full-time employment. Acting as a “talent agent” for a portfolio of students, this individual will actively source opportunities, build strong employer relationships, and drive students through the full placement lifecycle from preparation to application to offer acceptance.
