VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers serve as support systems, advocates and an integral part of the Road to Hire community.

500+ individuals humbled us with their time and dedication last year. From industry leaders teaching tech, to mentors walking alongside students as they tackle college life, Road to Hire is grateful for every volunteer's time and talent.

Road to Hire Volunteers

Volunteers support Road to Hire through guest speaking, student mentoring, editing resumes and college applications, and helping to build or teach lessons.

By collectively donating thousands of hours to R2H programs, volunteers make an immeasurable impact on the lives of R2H students.

Colleen Kasel

“It’s a privilege to mentor students who have worked so hard to earn their college experience. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a sounding board, a shoulder to lean on and an extra push for these incredible people as they work through this phase of life’s journey.”

Sofia Santamarina

“Mentoring for R2H allows me to practice thoughtful leadership by giving back to others what people in my professional and personal life have given to me. I am who I am today because of the mentors I've had. I will always be grateful to them and pass along as much advice as I can so that others can thrive.”
