You’ve completed one of the Road to Hire (R2H) Apprenticeship programs – now what?
Upon completing any R2H program, R2H participants join a community of 300+ alumni across Charlotte and beyond through the R2H Alumni Association. This is an amazing network of individuals who understand what it takes to be part of R2H.
The R2H Alumni Association serves as centralized support and provides resources for all R2H Alumni.

A spin on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or Business Resource Groups (BRGs), Alumni Resource Groups (ARGs) are community-building spaces established at R2H employer partners for R2H program graduates. The goal for R2H ARGs is to bring the alumni community together and remain connected with R2H operations and support.
How do we know an ARG is available at a partner company? For R2H employer partners with 10+ alumni, an ARG is available for alumni to join and connect with R2H Alumni from different cohorts, teams and functional areas.
